The BRNC Volunteer Band was formed in September 2010 and has attracted up to 45 musicians into their ranks, many of whom are ex-service musicians. Their first performance was as a marching band when they led the Royal British Legion Remembrance Parade through the streets of Dartmouth last November. In 2011 the band was asked to provide the music for a 'Strictly Come Dancing' event in the Royal Naval College. This led to the formation of a Big Band from their ranks, and these fantastic musicians will be performing in the Flavel Centre to help raise money for The Flavel.
